UPDATE -  The first masseur to accuse John Travolta if sexual assault filed papers yesterday – dismissing his lawsuit against the actor.  He was the one who said Travolta assaulted him on January 16th in Beverly Hills but flight records show JT was in NYC that day.  THE LATEST... looks like this guy hired another lawyer - Gloria Allred!  and she is probably going to file another lawsuit against the actor.  stay tuned. 

Meanwhile - the second guy is still pursuing his sexual assault claim… says it happened at a hotel in Atlanta.  His lawyer says he would settle for 250-thsnd dollars.  There are 2 other guys who had similar stories – no word if they ever filed lawsuits or what they plan to do now. 

Ryan Seacrest just bought a new home.  A massive Beverly Hills estate with 3 guest houses, a 92-hundred square foot main house and several swimming pools.  The compound covers almost an entire block and sits on 2.87 acres.  He paid close to 49-million for the cozy little place – that used belong to Ellen Degeneres.  Seacrest is reportedly worth 125-million and rakes in more than 45-million a year.  click here for pictures.   this is Ryans old house - its on the market for 11.9 mil - if your interested.

Perfect score from the judges – doesn’t mean your fans love you.  Maria Menounos earned a perfect score Monday night on DWTS – but last night she and her pro Derek Hough were eliminated from the show.  Katherine Jenkins, William Levy and Donald Driver are in the finals – competing for the mirror-ball trophy.  Btw – Tom Bergeron announced that next season – DWTS will be the All-Star season.  Contestants and champs from past seasons competing for the title. 

Jennifer Lopez says she doesn’t know if she will return to American Idol next season.  J-Lo was on the Ellen DeGeneres show yesterday and Ellen asked her if she is going to be back on the hit FOX show.  Jennifer said she really enjoys doing the show – but misses doing other things because being on Idol –really locks you down.

ABC got rid of a few shows this week – and fans are really upset about the cancellation of GCB.  One guy actually started a petition to save the comedy – which got the axe because of low ratings.  Savegcb.com.  the online petitions have worked in the past – NBC brought back Friday Night Lights and Chuck a few years ago.  CBS saved Jerico thanks to the fans.

On DWTS last night - Katherine Jenkins hurt her back.  It happened during the second competition number – at the very end of her salsa with Mark Ballas.  Mark spun her around, she did a backbend and as he was stepping over her she seemed to stumble and fell to the ground.  She got up to try and finish the number – but you could see she was in pain.  They got 27 from the judges.  She was later seen with an ice pack and Bergeron later said she was going to see the shows doctor.  Everyone else did amazing – we have the details and the scores on the gossip page.  Tonight someone goes home and Carrie Underwood and Alanis Morisette perform. 

Side note – I hear Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Peta Murgatroyd are dating.  A source on the show says the romance is still new and they are really happy and just having a good time.  Maks was just eliminated last week with his partner Melissa Gilbert.  Peta is still dancing with finalist Donald Driver.

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon’s twins just turned 1 – and of course their first birthday party was a black tie affair.  In Paris.  The extravagant parents just posted the April 30th party pictures on Morroccan and Monroes personal website dembabies.com.  (those kids are just beautiful!!)  The kids were treated to a rocking horse, a toy Ferrari and a miniature white piano.  Mariah and Nick also celebrated their 4th wedding anniversary – they renewed their vows a few days before – just like they do every year.

Jessica Simpson is going to launch a maternity line this fall – of course.  Im sure the kids clothing line is not far behind.  Anyway – her maternity line will be at Macys, Motherhood Maternity and Destination Maternity.  Her merchandising empire is worth nearly a billion dollars… the mommy pieces will include vintage-print tops, form-fittin jersey knit dresses and chunky swaters that will start at 36-bucks.

Another day – another masseur says he was a victim of John Travolta.  A fourth masseur says it got so bad the actor was banned from the spa at the Peninsula Hotel in NYC.  The former employee says Travolta was on the blacklist for the fancy spa for over 3 years because of inappropriate behavior around spa staff.   
Meanwhile – the first masseur who is suing the actor was dropped by his lawyer.  The man claimed that Travolta assaulted him on January 16th 2012… and said he could prove JT was in town.  But the actor quickly proved that he was in NYC on that date.  The guy said he just got the date wrong - that it still happened.  His lawyer decided it was time to leave. 

Sabrina, Chelsea and Kim were the final 3 on Survivor – One World.  Kim was named the winner – leaving with 100-thsnd dollars as the Spirit Player of the season.  On Celebrity Apprentice – Aubrey ODay was fired by Donald Trump.  And Desperate Housewives ended the series last night – there were births, deaths, mended fences and then departures. 

Plenty has been said that Christina Aguilera was quite the diva on The Voice – and now she has to pay.  According to Radaronline.com – Christina was late by about 2 hours almost every single day.  Producers have been fining her an undisclosed amount when she shows up late.  Well, now producers are thinking of raising the fee for next season – since this year’s fines didn’t seem to affect her at all. 

NBC’s The Voice will be the first to try two cycles in one season.  American Idol, The X Factor and Americas Got Talent air just once a year.  Mentors Christina Aguilera, Blake Shelton, CeeLo Green and Adam Levine are committed to do the fall edition – but still waiting to see if they are all available to do the springtime show – since they are all musicians are might be on tour.  Also – the spinning chairs are a big hit.  Producers say the ratings are higher during the blind auditions – when the judges spin their chairs and pick their favorites.  So NBC execs are bringing the spinning chairs back during the battle rounds.

The Avengers took in another 100-million in the US this weekend to push it over the 1-billion mark worldwide!  Johnny Depp’s Dark Shadows opened up in second place with 28.8 million.   Think like A Man fell from second to third with 6.3million.  The Hunger Games and The Lucky One round off the top 5.
